How many doses of the vaccine will I need?
Both vaccinations require 2 doses of the same vaccine. AstraZeneca: 12wks apart Pfizer: 3wks apart.
I am not a patient at Health Matters Karalee. Can I still have my Covid-19 vaccination at your clinic?
Yes, you can. All patients are welcome to have their Covid-19 immunisation through our Vaccination Clinic when they are eligible through the Government phased roll-out.
Which vaccine will I be getting?
All people over 60yrs are eligible to have AstraZeneca vaccine.
Ideally, between the ages of 40-59 years a discussion with your GP would be appropriate if you wish to have the AstraZeneca vaccine. A Doctor is available on site if you cannot access your regular GP at this time.
You are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine if you are 40-59 years of age.
